We have it in writing, we follow up and they will not return our emails or calls. While trying to work with them, to get our new website designed, they were rude and misogynistic. They would not make any of the changes we asked for or would do it their way. Our previous website, designed off a free website tool was so much better than what they were putting together. Once we got into the process, every time we turned around, they told us we would have to come up with more money - for no new services.
