I hired Design's Cottage for SEO and marketing, a few days later they said I needed a better web-site, another 950$. I had worked with them for over 2 weeks, I had sent samples of industry websites and facebook pages. What I got was substandard work with grammar, spelling and industry misrepresentation. I corrected numerous propsed post and website page suggestions and offered suggestions and examples. The last propsed facebook post was a power point, the number of issues with it were too numerous after 2 weeks of corrections and suggestions, it was clear they could not represent my business or provide a professional product. If it was free I would not have used it! I canceled my agreement and requested a refund. I was told I would have a refund in 4 weeks, it has been 8 weeks. No one returns emails or phone calls, talking to a manager is impossible, they keep redirecting me back to the design person assigned to me. A 3rd party collects the money for payment and couldn't careless. This company is substandard, lacks integrity and unprofessional. I have lost money as I had to hire a competent developer. May I suggest Yellow Pages.
