I am quite satisfied with Det Faglige Hus service. Every time you send an email or a request via the website the reply is quite fast and clear.
The only but I would say is that is not the same person following your requests, so it is confusing because you do not know a contact person because every time you are answered by someone different.
All of the workers that have replied to me look professional and efficient.
Communication is in danish though, so for foreigners is a bit difficult to follow up on important information. We have to learn danish anyway so...
