Everything done in a rush felt pressured . Took payment at time of measuring . would not accept card, should have been a warning sign. Paid 275 for 1 blind for kitchen window . fitter only works on saturdays most inconvinient. fitted and left blind open on window . after he had left I drew blind across and saw that a vertical slate had been left off, leaving big gap at the top . rang immediatley. Fitter rang back and offered to remake blind. I just want rid of it looks terrible cheap and plasticy uneven spacing . Overall bad experience. Have tried contacting them by email and telephone. Have visited the location of their premises. No sign of life. NO showroom and above all no response from the company. Salutry lesson learnt.
