Awful! Got a ticket for parking on my space, with my permit on display- but due to tucking it to the side of the dashboard (so it didn't slide around/go out the window when driving) they charged as not "all 4 corners were in display". Rude and sarcastic in their appeal reply. I don't think the company knows the meaning of integrity.
