I know that for landlords they are doing something good but the way they treat and talk to the motorists is horrible, with no compensation or kindness at all. 1 they gave me a parking fine while I was parking where I usually live and have been parking here for 6 years. I forgot to display the permit. Ho but they know me, they know my car and they know I live here. 2 their response to my appeal was so rude. Why are you so rude, you know you will have your money at the end. Well any way it does not mean that I made a mistake that you have to be so unkind
