If I could give 0 stars that would be great.Devere Parking Services Ltd is not doing their job at all.If they know they can earn some money then they will give you fine on Easter at 2 pm( resident forgot to put permit) but when cars are parked on two spaces and blocking other residents for few days they don't care.Highly NOT recommend.
