I would give 0 stars but that's not an option. I received a parking charge from these cowboys after parking outside a shop after 6pm. It was pitch black and the parking signs were not illuminated and were the size of a postage stamp. If they genuinely didn't want people to park in the (empty) carpark after 6pm, they would make the signs bigger and put lighting above them. Without this, the parking charge is illegal as you cannot enter into a contract if you haven't been able to read any signage. The immediate denial of my appeal was an automated response, so nobody even reads them. You'll have to go to Popla as the website they direct you to (IAS) wants £15 to appeal! Absolute jokers. Be very careful, their entire service is a SCAM.
