By December 30th, after two emails, I was informed that the items were out of stock, but alternatives were suggested. I requested a cancellation, and a week later, received my refund. To make matters worse, I was critiqued for my online demeanor. This service requires improvement. I would advise against using it unless you want a frustrating experience.
