Despite some of the negative reviews, I cannot fault our experience with DevilNight. After looking high and low for a prom dress, my daughter fell in love with a dress on their website. I read the reviews (both the positive & negative) and decided to bite the bullet and spent quite a lot of money on her 'gothic princess' prom dress (£239) and honestly ... it did not disappoint! The dress is gorgeous and very well made. It fits her perfectly and she absolutely LOVES it. Communication was good. The lead time was as expected, at roughly 10 days to despatch. Shipping took a further 7 days, but I had expected this because I knew it was coming out of China. It did feel like a bit of a gamble ordering such an expensive dress from an unfamiliar company, but I paid using PayPal for some added protection and honestly, I didn't have any need for concern.
