First of all I love the products, but I ordered a new mattress topper over two weeks ago and I’ve been told it will be another week as they had run out of materials. These things happen, but I have had to chase twice now. The same kind of product was on special offer at Piglet in Bed, but I wanted to buy (for more) from Devon Duvets as I’ve never been disappointed with their products. I recently had a similar experience due to supply chain issues on some lighting I had ordered, but that time the company (Holloways of Ludlow) contacted me to tell me about the delay, and offered me the opportunity to have a refund if I couldn’t cope with the wait. I would suggest that Devon Duvets implement the same kind of system.
