My granddaughter ordered off your website some candles for her mother for Mother’s Day. She made the order wrong so they advised her that they would give her a refund and my granddaughter who is 12 by the way re-ordered again.She received the second order which we were really pleased with, but after emailing twice and calling nearly every other day to an answer machine saying our lines are closed call between 8 -4.30 no option to leave a message she still has not received her refund which was received back from Royal Mail please could somebody contact us
