Ordered 15 wax bars on 12th November chased them after 10days to be advised one was out of stock, so pick another, not a problem (picked a different scent) would of been nice to be notified of out of stock items. However 5days later (3working days) no notification of dispatch, chased again…. Excuses and no confirmed date, but have a refund of postage (2weeks since purchase) I then get a notification of dispatch…1 wax bar.. 1 where are the other 14? Given another few days incase they’re not far behind…. But nope! Once again… I’m chasing them for the rest of my order!I wouldn’t mind if I ordered in Black Friday or a week before Christmas but 12th November… Let’s await what reason they give me next….
