It says that the service takes 10% of the profit. But to test how the bot works, you have to move money from the service’s internal wallet to the internal bot (which for some users is a separate account). The minimum deposit is around $80–100.As soon as you deposit funds just to explore and understand how it works, and then decide to withdraw the money back to the internal wallet, the service immediately withholds 10% — even if the bot hasn’t run at all and there’s no profit. This is not mentioned anywhere in advance. You only find out when you try to withdraw funds from the bot back to the internal wallet — then, in a small popup, it mentions that 10% will be withheld. But earlier, in the bot's description, it clearly says that 10% is taken from the profit.I consider this dishonest and misleading. It should clearly state that 10% will be withheld from the deposit itself if you withdraw it from the bot, or the system should only charge 10% from actual profit, not from funds that were deposited and withdrawn after just 1 minute.I don't see the point in writing support or trying to get the money back — and honestly, I don’t want to waste time. But this instantly creates a negative impression of the service. It might be a great platform, but I don’t want to use it anymore.
