Predatory, what customer service?

Predatory, unhelpful "customer service". As a professional bookkeeper, I signed up for a monthly subscription for Dext, knowing that I had to work hard at getting enough client subscriptions to justify the cost (don't let me get started on that one). It just became too expensive. I transferred my clients back to pay for their own subscriptions and tried to cancel mine. It took 3 tries, 3 months, and then I was told my annual ??? subscription didn't end until February so you have to keep paying? WTF? The customer service was between no help and snotty or aggressive. I have loved Dext for years, it works well, but the customer service is screwed. While it works you are good to go, reliable, stable, but when you need help, you are SCREWED. Will I ever go back to Dext? No freaking way.
