Ivaylo was on to the issue from the start, and kept good communication once we got going after a wait of about 15mins, which enabled me to fetch Coffee Brownies and Biscoffs, to sustain the me on the Chat.The log in issue was dealt with in a much more direct manner than I thought it would be, so I'm now up and running.
