Amy M was so incredibly helpful I had gotten a pair of 6.5 short s that unfortunately ripped within the 3 times I wore them I emailed DFYNE to help me sort it out and Amy was extremely helpful At the time they were out of the 6.5 in the color so she offered either shipping me the 4.5 or a gift card. She made this extremely easy for me to return and was extremely nice in the emails, was extremely apologetic and very nice. With how busy they’ve been with their growth it’s rlly nice to see that their customer service is still top notch!
