Sadly, a litany of farcical mess ups, I guess due to extremely poor internal communication, and/or staff not having enough time to read instructions, addresses and to care.I am not sure what the issue actually is with DHL but I can only imagine, profit before service, and F the customer. The next time I order something online, I will establish first BEFORE I hand over my money, that DHL is not the courier.
