Disappointing experience

I express my disappointment with the service I recently received. Despite clear instructions given over the phone to your service representative to leave my package at the doorstep, the delivery deadline was missed.Here’s a brief account of the incident:1. After providing the service representative with explicit authorization for a contactless front door delivery, I was reassured that the package would be delivered on the same day. I even knew the delivery attempt was underway, as I could hear my dog barking in the background.2. However, upon returning home, I found that the package had not been delivered. I immediately attempted to contact the representative again, but my calls went unanswered.3. I then called the DHL customer service hotline, only to face an additional layer of frustration. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes and answering multiple verification questions, no resolution was provided.This delivery was meant to be a birthday gift, and the delays and lack of communication made for a deeply frustrating experience. I expect DHL to maintain a higher standard of service, and this incident has been quite disappointing.
