Like many delivery companies in Spain, DHL has been really disappointing. They keep sending my parcels to a pickup point miles away instead of delivering to my address. This happens almost every time a seller uses DHL. I genuinely don’t understand how this level of service is acceptable—there’s no accountability. Companies pay them to deliver, but the parcels aren’t actually being delivered!
