This is not a good review actually. I sent a signature-required shipment from the US to Barcelona (Airbill: 9530265511). The package contained costly and important documents. No signature was obtained, instead the package was left in a mailbox, and now is missing. DHL refuses to help now, arguing it is after the claim period (45 days), when there was clearly a bridge of contract on their part. I want DHL to reopen the case and take responsibility for the poor service and find the package in their system.
