Today we had made a booking with DHL, to deliver us the product after 3 failed attempts from their side to deliver and contact over the phone which was provided to them 3 of 4 times. We were waiting all day at home in Madrid Alcobendas. DHL did not call our door, did not call us on the phone which was provided by to them, numerous times and at 19:05 today, they wrote under our tracking number that a “El destinatario ha rechazado el envío”. This is absolutely ridiculous, how we refused to take the order, if we were not contacted at all? I am waiting for this order for over a month now, we were sitting all day at home with my husband waiting for this chair today and now this. Absolutely ridiculous company and service. If i would ever by something online, and would see that delivery is DHL, i would run from this website as fast as i can. DHL is a pure shame to all delivery companies world wide, superb dissapointment. If you value your time, money and nerves STAY AWAY !
