Extremely disappointing experience with DHL — and not just once, but twice in the same month. Both shipments were marked as “delivery attempted – recipient not at home” even though no one ever came. Instead, the parcels were left at pickup points far from my address, despite being paid for home delivery.I find this completely unacceptable, especially for customers who may have mobility issues and cannot easily travel to collect packages.When I contacted DHL, the response was purely standard and dismissive, offering no real help or accountability.Until now, I had always had positive experiences with DHL in other countries. However, this experience in Spain has been absolutely disgraceful. The level of customer service here is unacceptable — a true embarrassment for such a reputable German company. From now on, if I see that a shipment is handled by DHL, I will simply avoid ordering.
