Did not even try to deliver to my home address. Send conflicting information about status of delivery. Is it still in their system? Is it at some mystery collection point, not the one nearest me, that a parcel by the same sender was sent to last week? It's not there, so your guess is as good as mine. Maybe if I could chat with an actual human and not a bot that WILL ONLY CHAT IN GERMAN, we could get to the bottom of it, but no, that's not how DHL roll. A disgrace of a company, totally unfit for purpose.
