DHL marked my package as “not at home” even though I was home all day and redirected it to a pickup point with no option for redelivery. Amazon support only offered a €10 compensation, but the main issue was not solved at all. This is a serious problem, and people should report it to Amazon. DHL should not be allowed to operate this way. If you face the same issue, contact Amazon Customer Support and mention the same issue. Maybe this way they will pay attention and ban them.
