I’m extremely disappointed with DHL Spain. My package was marked as “delivered,” yet I never received it. I’ve checked with neighbours and around the property—nothing.What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service. No one seems willing or able to help. Trying to get a clear answer or even speak to a real person is next to impossible. I’ve opened a case, but days later, there’s still no update, no investigation, and no accountability.How can a company this big just lose a package, claim it’s delivered, and then offer no support at all?This experience has completely destroyed my trust in DHL. I will avoid using them in the future and suggest others do the same until they sort out their delivery processes and customer care.
