Probably the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.My delivery was confirmed for 2–5 days, yet I ended up waiting 11 days. I sent multiple emails during that time and received nothing but automated replies saying the system didn’t understand my message.Throughout the delay, the tracking portal showed three different delivery dates, none of which were accurate. On the final date, I stayed home all day due to the importance of the delivery. Around 6pm, I refreshed the tracking page only to see a banner claiming “nobody was at the address” and that the parcels would now be sent to a local agent.This is completely unacceptable especially as I rely on delivery services because I have severe health issues and cannot carry heavy items myself.I’ve tried repeatedly to contact DHL, but all I get are automated responses with no real support. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
