I have always been satisfied with your service in the past, but my recent delivery experience has been extremely disappointing.A DHL driver arrived at my home and asked how many packages I was expecting. After confirming my order from The Range, the driver informed me that the parcels had been taken off the van and would be delivered the next day. I thought this was unusual, but mistakes can happen.However, later that evening, I received an email from both DHL and The Range stating that my order had already been delivered — which was not true. Since then, I’ve made several phone calls to your customer service team, where I’ve been repeatedly told the same scripted responses and promised next-day delivery that never happened.At this point, I can only assume that my package has either been lost in your warehouse Or someone else is enjoying my wall panels.
