I get 2 emails that order can't be delivered because my address is incorrect or not complete which was shocking for me. Dhl get full correct addres 3 times. First was when I placed order, second time I put again full address when I get first email from DHL that they can't deliver my parcel and 3 time was another email about incorrect address. I needed to call costumer service from costumer service they direct me to another number which cost up to 6€ per minute. What was frustrating they purposely dragged time for me to pay more for phone call. On the end I get information that dhl didn't put my street name and that was the reason of failed delivery. I don't understand why, why they doing that to people. How many times you need to give them correct addres. Is just like scam making money for stupid phone calls which shouldn't have place if I gave the 3 times correct full address.
