I ordered two bank cards — one for myself and one for my wife. Sent mine via regular mail, hers with DHL Express. Guess what? Regular mail arrived in 5 days, while DHL Express is still out there somewhere, probably circling the block. I tried contacting support to arrange a redelivery, but let’s face it — if the courier can’t find the address the first time, I doubt even five more attempts will help unless he gets a map and a miracle.
