We waited at home all day for our delivery. They claimed that they attempted to deliver and were unable. So, they left it at a pickup location.They did NOT attempt to deliver. They did not ring the doorbell nor call. Now, we have to walk for an hour to pickup the package. Unfortunately, the location is closed.DHL & this employee are AMATEUR HOUR!
