I had an absolutely terrible experience with DHL Spain. My parcel never arrived, and for 13 days, they lied to me and hid the truth!After multiple failed attempts to get a proper answer from customer service, I had to escalate the issue to the director of customer service. Only then did they start an investigation, and guess what? They "suddenly" found my package sitting in some depot—completely broken!Instead of being honest from the start, they wasted my time with excuses, false information, and zero accountability. If they had just admitted the issue earlier, at least I wouldn't have spent nearly two weeks chasing them for answers.This is by far the worst courier experience I've ever had. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid DHL Spain at all costs!
