1star because zero stars not an option. I waited at home all day Tuesday 25/3 for my delivery. At 15.10 in the afternoon a white van appeared with the driver wearing the distinctive dhl coloured shirt. After delivering a package to La Luz residential home at the end of my street he then rummaged around in his van, closed the door and drove off. I received an email some hours later saying that delivery had failed at 15.15. Really? No attempt was made, that's why delivery failed. License plate 2933 LZM If I hadnt seen it with my own eyes I wouldnt have believed it. Now apparently its at a pick up point which I have no intention of using.
