This company tells lies !! Do not use them! I was waiting for a parcel from Amazon and when it failed to arrive on the due date I got tracking to say the item had been "rescheduled due to customer instructions"! I did no such thing, they just couldn't be bothered to get it delivered to me in Periana on Costa Del Sol, a small village 30 minutes inland. They also say they attempted delivery but no one was in when we were in all day waiting for the parcel ! DHL are lying to their customers, does Amazon know that ?
