They completely lost the first parcel from Germany. The second parcel seems to have got lost in between & returned to Germany! They had both my address AND the DHL drop address in my suburb but they failed to deliver to either. They didn´t reply to any of my attempts to track it. Use UPS or anyone else, DHL are exceptionally incompetent.
