I live in Spain and I need to send my passport to the UK. I paid extra to send my passport with DHL. It was sent on 4th March and I was led to believe that it shoud arrive at the UK passport office by 6th March, no later an the 7th. In fact it took 2 days to leave Gandia and reach Valencia. I tracked it on the website and thought it would leave Valencia and head straight for the UK. Nope it went to Barcelona. So, that was day 3, when I checked it today which is day 5, to my surprise it is now in Germany! This company is very incompetent! I sent my passport using their trusted service and paid more for a terrible service. Vivo en España y necesito enviar mi pasaporte al Reino Unido.
