Poor service.

Order CP125558610DE / DE49213040.1. I ordered a parcel to be delivered to my home address, the seller sent it via DHL. I noticed that DHL reflected in the delivery status that I was absent, although I was there all day and my phone was also online, but no one called from DHL. Therefore, they delivered the parcel not to my address, but to the pick-up point.I had to pick up the 10 kg parcel from the pick-up point myself.2. I came to receive the parcel, waited for the pick-up point to open from 17:00 to 18:20, but it never opened. As a result, I came again the next day and only then was I able to receive it.3. I went to the DHL website, selected contacts and wrote a request about all this to the DHL support service in order to convey information about the service problems to the management and a week later I received the answer: "According to the information available in the system, your cargo has been delivered." With such a reaction, there is little hope that DHL's service will improve.
