UPD: The problem with the package as it seems was related not to the DHL itself but to the La Tienda Home company which was responsible for sending the package. They are scammers who create shipment and never send anything making both customer and delivery service confused.-------On December 9, 2024, they falsely updated the status of my package to: "Delivery agreed with recipient for December 10, 2024." However, the package has still not been delivered. Support does not respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, and phone support has no information about the package's location, why it wasn't delivered, or whether it will ever be delivered. When I asked if they would call me to arrange a delivery date, their response was simply, "No."
