I have never experienced anything similar in my life: they lied about having the wrong address, multiple times the customer care operator said sorry for it and then they would lie again and put on the tracker missing information (lie) or "Fuerza mayor" or that I was absent which I was not. A whole week and a half they did this little theatre. Then, after cancelling, they decided on their own to leave the package at a Service Point and refuse to accept the cancellation or refund the shop owner, disgusted by their disservice too. It is the most disgusting and pathetic service I have ever experienced, thank you for nothing.
