Terrible. I've attempted to create a shipment online on DHL's Spanish website two months ago. My card has been charged 111 EUR for the shipment, yet the waybill has not been created and I got an error message instead.I've contacted their customer support. They said they would send me a refund which they never did. Now they are refusing to provide any proof that the refund had in fact been processed. I've never had any issues with DHL in other countries (I've been using them for business for years), but their Spanish branch is apparently in a class of its own...
