I was warned by several others not to do business with this company, but after reading all their positive reviews on their website, I decided to try them anyway because their prices were higher than competitors. Big mistake.The first two transactions went smoothly. Starting with the third, it was one problem after another: multiple “missing” items that I had verified before shipping several times, “damaged” products that left my possession in perfect condition, and a cancelled order for several items I packed in the same box as an accepted order—with clear labeling, invoices, and messages sent indicating their were 2 orders in the box as wel as several contacts to notify them.Three out of six orders were heavily discounted for damage that occurred after shipping (or was exaggerated beyond reason), one order was cancelled entirely, and I lost $334 with no return of my products. Their “reviews” on their website are a joke—there’s no way to leave one. I had a conversation with the sites bot just now - it took 30 lines of 1 sided dialogue from the bot, multiple paragraphs citing irrelavent information, before I could even ask my question "I'm an existing customer and would like to leave a review here, how can I do that?" then I had to answer 5 personal information queries despite the fact I was logged into my account that had all the info right there, just to get this reply "Thanks, we'll be in touch to answer your question asap! Maybe sooner 😊"It’s obvious they cherry-pick only positive feedback if any of the all 5 star reviews are even genuine at all. DO NOT sell your supplies to this company. They can afford to pay more upfront because they make it back by shorting returning customers on every subsequent order.
