The reminder calls before pickup were helpful as traveling internationally, there are always so many things to be done before leaving home. The driver was professional and kind. I especially appreciated listening to his music selection (classical) which is not often heard amongst the new york hip vibe in most car and taxi services. The car was immaculate and the driver offered bottled water which is a great added touch!
