I found a dial a claim advert on line . Which mentioned that if there is mold or other disrepare in your home i can try to make a claim. So i filled out the easy small form online with my phone number . I had verry quick response from there team . Alex was the person helping me with my claim. He was so freindly informative and made things easy for me to understand . He talked me through step by step about what i should do. And how to do it. Alex was verry good at putting me at ease since i suffer with verry high axiety,he helped put my worries at rest . The only thing. That would have been helpfull is if i was reminded to put my whats app notifications on . So that i new when i was being messaged. As i had no experiance with wats app i was'nt Used to using it so forgot to frequantly check it . But now ive realised how inportant it is. ive made it so. I get a nottification on my phone when ive been messaged on watts app. I forgot to mention that alez helped arange all my mold problem get fized i am now currently waiting for them to come sort it all out on the 8 dec.
