I actually love the program. It's great being able to see who the customer spoke with last, and having transcripts and audio recordings of our conversations. I also like having a visual of the voicemails sent to my inbox. My only complaint is that the program frequently glitches and resets at inopportune times. Also, the AI could be a more current version. It's recaps can still be a little confusing.
