She gave us the option to pay 50% of the deposit for the ring I wanted, then pay the final 50% when the ring arrived in store. When I brought it home I realized that the gold of my engagement ring (which was from Canada) was slightly different from this ring. I was nervous to return it as I wasn’t sure if I’d be refunded fully but was really happy with the process. Full refund onto my original payment method and literally no hassle at all. Would definitely trust this business with a future ring purchase.
