Choosing an item of jewellery from Diamonds Factory NZ was very easy, with very clear options for size of stone for a necklace, the type of metal & the price. The only hiccup was that my daughter, the recipient, couldn't make her appointment to pick up the necklace as it was the weekend & naturally the external doors in Central Auckland were locked. Although she rang someone, it was answered in Christchurch & they couldn't contact the Auckland branch either. Perhaps a direct phone number could be included when the confirmation appointment time email is sent? This would avoid this happening to someone else when picking up their birthday gift on their birthday 😊 (A present from her parents who live out of town, hence she was uplifting the item herself).
