I ordered a ring but had been toying between 2 options. I mistakenly checked out the incorrect choice and immediately contacted customer service by email. I didn't receive a response. No response received in respect of my 2 chasers. The ring was then delivered. I am stuck with a beautiful ring and I am not unhappy but disappointed its not my chosen one.
