Incredible bad experience of misinformation and email no responded to and calls not returned as promised. At the start every time went get picked out the ring and was very happy with all the advice I received from the team. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to deliver the ring, It's been 6 weeks exactly as of today. I have booked a trip away for me and my partner tomorrow to Naples all leading up to the proposal which now I won't have a ring for. I emailed the team countless times as well as calling them and being told on multiple occasions it has escalated. I know have full confirmation the ring won't arrive till tomorrow which is absolutely divesting, the last 6 weeks leading up to this has been filled with stress and worry and now the worse has happen resulting in me not even wanting to go on holidays now and stuck having to propose without a ring. An occasion which should be special and memorable for my partner has now been ruined. I did everything within my powers to contact the company countless times to provide this for occurring. I can't comment on the product as I haven't received it yet but I would recommend others to buy in a shop even if it might be slightly more expense the peace of mind is worth it.
