I purchased a ring online and collected it in the shop in Powerscourt. Tom, who I was dealing with, could not have been more professional and accommodating; even making time for me on a Sunday afternoon to chat about some questions I had. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and the support post-purchase in The Diamond Factory could not be better.
