I reached out to a clinic earlier this year regarding concerns about two lesions on my nose. The initial consultation went well, and I was diagnosed with two Basal Cell Carcinomas and one pre-cancerous lesion. After using the prescribed treatment without results, it was decided to remove them. However, during the removal procedure, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Additionally, I discovered that one lesion was still present, and I was left with an unnecessary scar. Despite raising my concerns, I was only offered a refund for the removals. This experience has caused me distress and I strongly advise against visiting this clinic.
